“Dimolto” in our dialect means something special, something very good. This wine produced with Nero d’Avola grapes, which grandfather Michele Giusti had already cultivated in Val di Chio in the 1950s, is a tribute to this wise and innovative man who had passed down to his family the pride of representing a territory through his excellent products.
The label of this wine celebrates grandfather Michele, bringing back his original signature with an image that remembers him at a moment of tasting wine.
The Nero d’Avola grapes in Val di Chio reach perfect ripeness only in special vintages, so this wine is produced in a limited edition during the right years. The first edition is our 2013 vintage, of which we produced 1400 bottles.
